Black Forest Ham Grilled Sandwich: Served on thick cut Coeur d'Alene Sour Dough, Black forest Ham, Roasted Red Peppers, Spicy Spread, Swiss Cheese.
Caprese: Served on a Seattle Sour Dough Ciabatta Roll, Fresh Tomato and thick cut Mozzarella, with a Pesto Spread
Toasted Cheese: Served on thick cut Coeur d'Alene Sour Dough, Three Cheeses melted to perfection.

We've got two new Salish beers on tap, and they're awesome!
Our I.P.Amber is a delicious, caramely ale with a nice hoppy finish. Coming in at 5.2% and 27 IBU it is a great beer for the transition from summer to fall.
The Kodiak Brown Porter is light in body but packed with flavor. Nutty, chocolatey and smokey, it has a smooth finish. 5.2%, 27 IBU. Another beer that is just in time for autumn.
We now have Island Hoppin's Yardarm Oatmeal Stout! This slightly dry, jet black ale is creamy and roasty with a coffee essence. And we are serving it up on nitro, making it even creamier and more delicious! Stop in for a cold one!
Has there been an empty spot inside you without our Big Chocolate Love? Cheer up - we've got plenty of Love to fill it! Back by popular demand: it's big, it's chocolaty and it's full of love. Come on in and get some - everyone needs some Big Chocolate Love in their life.
Brewers Night at Sorelli Pizza is postponed. We have not yet decided on a new date but probably sometime in August or September. Check back for updates.
Meanwhile, come on down to Salish for some delicious craft beer and a Sorelli pizza! With ten of our beers on draft and three varieties of pie, you can do your own pairing!
You may have enjoyed a Sorelli pizza here at Salish, and you may have drank a Salish brew over at Sorelli with your meal, but on June 30th both businesses will be under the same roof!
Sorelli Pizza is featuring Salish for their monthly brewers night. We are bringing five of our beers - Honey Golden, Dayton St Session IPA, NW Red, Pale Ale and Prior Porter - and Sorelli will create a delicious five-course meal to pair with the brews.
A Caesar salad, three slices of pizza and a dessert, plus five of our beers is only $30! Make sure to get your tickets soon, they can be purchased at both Sorelli Pizza and Salish Sea Brewing Co.
Doors open at 5:30, festivities from 6-8p.m.
This weekend we have a booth set up at the 2014 Washington Brewers Festival - our first festival ever!
Put on by WABL, the festival spans all three days of Father's Day weekend at Marymoor Park in Redmond. Featuring 88 craft breweries from around the state, more than 300 beers will be available.
Friday is 21+ only, but the rest of the weekend is family friendly and filled with fun festivities like a keg toss and root beer garden.
If you are a WABL member, don't forget your passport, as it will gain you extra tokens and other perks.
But WABL member or not, be sure to make your way to the Salish tent to enjoy our delicious craft beers and share a laugh with us. Hope to see you there!
It's official - summer is finally here! Bust out your shorts and tank tops (don't worry, our legs are pale too) and head down to Salish to enjoy our summer hours.
We will now be open Tuesdays from 3 until 10! If that isn't enough we will also be opening at noon on Fridays and staying open until 8 on Sundays.
Make sure to take advantage of our extended hours, outdoor seating and delicious craft brews all summer long!

We don't want you to be thirsty this Memorial Day weekend so we have some special hours to make sure everyone is properly hydrated and there isn't an empty growler in town.
Sunday, 5/25, Liza will stay open until 8. This will continue for the rest of summer! A perfect opportunity to take advantage of our fantastic outdoor seating, not to mention our delicious craft brews.
Memorial Day, 5/26, Jeff and Liza will be serving up coldies from noon until 8. Come by to say hi, enjoy a beer or two (or more!) and share a laugh.
In the spirit of collaboration and good beer, Jeff teamed up with Skip Madsen from American Brewing Co., to create a refreshing Session IPA just in time for the warm weather.
Dayton Street connects the two breweries, which are just a few blocks apart. Salish Sea Brewing is located in historic downtown Edmonds, and American Brewing is just down the road in the warehouse district.
These two distinguished brewers got together to create a wonderfully light and citrusy Session IPA for Hale's Bluegrass and Beer Festival. Citra hops provide grapefruity tones and a fresh citrus hop aroma. It's appearance is a bit cloudy due to the Kolsch yeast that stays suspended in this unfiltered and delightfully refreshing ale.
We have it on draught here at Salish and American will have it on when they open back up. This is a limited release for summer 2014 so don't miss out!
We will have our "official" ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, Jan 24th at 3:30pm. Please join us for the grand event.
The Salish Sea Brewing Company opened the Weekend before Thanksgiving and has enjoyed being a part of such a vibrant community.

We are up and Running. See our hours page for info on special holiday hours. IPA, Pale Ale, Golden, more amber and porter on the way. Our IPA and Pale should be ready shortly after the new year. Our third Fermenter is here, and almost ready for a batch. We are officially operating at or near capacity, and have been very busy. Thank you friends!

This is the message I forgot to hit "post" on a few weeks ago:
"we put the walk in cooler and a bunch of shelving up in the lower storage area of the brewery this weekend. The space is coming together. I am headed to Portland to see the equipment this Thursday. I upload most of the info from my phone camera to our facebook page. sorry to you non facebook users... I will try to upload the history here soon."
Since then things have been crazy busy! We got 2 out of 3 of our fermenters, our bright tank, kettle, and mash tun. Our glycol lines are all hooked up and things are starting to work.
Next week will assemble the parts and pieces and get the burner set up for the final inspections before we can open.
We are delayed a bit on set up waiting on a few backordered fittings that our supplier failed to order when we placed (and paid) for our stuff over 6 months ago. - I'm a little bent about that!
Otherwise things are moving forward... bills are piling in. I need to sell some beer!
We are currently finishing up the plumbing and electrical and gearing up for the sheet rock and paint. We hope to receive the walk-in cooler sometime late next week and start running the tap lines and setting up the bar/service area.
Most of the concrete work will be finished up by Friday, and we should be ready to seal the floor by the end of the next week.
The kettles and fermenters are should be here by the end of the month.
