Ryan is an award winning Home Brewer, with over 300 batches under belt, ranging from hop-bursted IPAs to barrel-aged stouts and funky sours. He has been involved in many facets of the beer industry including employment at craft beer bars and homebrew shops. In addition to his employment at these establishments he has also continued his education with programs such as the UC Davis Intensive Brewing Program https://extension.ucdavis.edu/areas-study/brewing. , Portland State University Business of The Craft Beer Industry Course. http://www.pdx.edu/cepe/online-business-of-craft-brewing-certificate. Professionally Ryan has worked at Reuben's Brews In Ballard and at the Cellar Homebrew Shop in North Seattle. Ryan is committed to quality and fastidious about his operating process.

Michael Green had been our brewing assistant for nearly 2 years. Mike has moved on to join the team at McMenamins Anderson School in Bothell. We wish him the best as he furthers his career.
